WHAT MAKES THEM SPECIAL?
√ Galvanized steel frame Hot-dip drying module. Drying modules and front and rear panels in stainless steel give the equipment excellent durability and resistance to corrosion.
√ Patented Soft G-Flex brushes. The latest generation of EVA foam prevents solid particles from adhering to them. Their design and softness ensure a quality wash and care of the vehicle's paintwork.
√ Mitsubishi PLCs of the FU5X series are manufactured 100% in Japan, which provides excellent reliability and stability to the automation process. In addition, tailor-made programs can be configured for different market types: Sedans, Pick Up, Suvs and Taxis create multiple package configurations to offer your customers a wide range of washing options.
√ Production speed from 40 to 80 cars per hour.
√ New Quiet-Dryer Drying System, whose design minimizes noise during the car drying process. It is available in fixed turbine drying modules (4-5) and mobile drying modules with contour tracking (4-6 turbines).
√ SPS (Super Polish System) mobile blotting strips and cloth blotting brush modules to optimize the drying and polishing of the car.
We have 3 dragging systems:
1) Metallic roller chain: High-resistance metallic alloy chain with rollers covered with unique rubber and reinforced shaft. The base and sides of the passage channel are made of stainless steel. The chain has a durability of more than 100,000 washings. Requires periodic greasing and alignment.
2) Plastic conveyor: Manufactured with POM, a high rigidity and low friction material that can last more than 600,000 washings. It has a 3-year warranty and requires very little maintenance every 50,000 washes. In addition, it allows the passage of all kinds of tires and low-body cars.
3) Double conveyor: Specially designed for unattended car wash tunnels. This patented 3-section design (with one motor per section) allows the driver to select the gear to P (parking) and the washing process to be carried out with the car on or off. As the four wheels are on the conveyor, the driver has a greater sense of security and avoids incidents in case of accidentally stepping on the brakes. It has a 3-year warranty and requires minor maintenance every 100,000 washes.
