All GreenMatik equipment and accessories have a BASIC 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, guaranteeing the correct operation and quality of the equipment and accessories. Additionally, in the tunnel and rollover systems, it is possible to extend the BASIC coverage and complement it with exclusive maintenance and protection programs for the equipment.

√ Limited warranty for 3 years or 180,000 washes, whichever comes first.
√ 20 monthly hours of Virtual Technical Assistance (NonWAIT)
√ 15% Discount on Chemical Products.
√ 20% discount on the purchase of spare parts and technical assistance hours not included in the guarantee.
√ We scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services every six months or 30,000 washes (whichever comes first) at no cost during the Extended Warranty term.
